I hired a slide and assault course for my family wedding on 24 August 2024. I cannot rate this company enough, communication was second to none, even agreeing to wait to see if weather cleared up rather than just cancelling on the day. The kids and adults said it made the wedding perfect and the sun came out meaning we had the use of both inflatables as I really wanted. I was seriously so impressed with the contact, the company and the castles. Do NOT hesitate when using this company. I will be using again and 100% recommend them! We hired an amazing bouncy castle for my son’s 4th birthday and him and his little buddies (and the adults!) had the best time :-) The service from Carol’s Bouncy Castles was absolutely brilliant and they were a pleasure to deal with. Hired a bouncy castle for my son’s sixth birthday. Even after I changed the location to deliver the bouncy castle last minute they did it . Everybody loved it . Unfortunately I didn’t get the delivery men’s names, but what wonderful service from them lovely customer service and the customer service over the phone ordering our under the sea castle . Highly rate and will definitely be using them again . Thank you so much for making my little boy’s birthday so special for him .
Ordered a bouncy castle last minute on Friday afternoon for a family birthday the next day. I spoke to Tom who said he could bring one and set it up that night.
