Excellent shop to get fireworks. Bought a small box for NYE after being asked relevant questions and not upsold which is rare these days. Staff knowledgeable which is what you need when buying an explosive. Have been to another place where the manager and staff seemed to hate customers being in store so glad I found Make it magic. Will most likely go there again today as the kids enjoyed them so much. 5* but could be more.
My first point of call whenever planning a party they have everything you need. Loved the balloons they put together for our party.
Have been buying Christmas trees from them for years but this year the tree started to die and lose all its needles in less than two weeks, never had this problem before. Went back to discuss the issue only to be met with such hostility and blame on my part for killing the tree! Never have I received such abuse. You've lost a customer, very very poor customer service!
Everything you need for a great party in one stop shop. We found a full theme for my boy 1st year birthday party. This included cups, plates and strews. There are multiple greats balloons designs for all sorts of parties. But we decided to customise the balloons to our taste. See photos. The prices are very reasonable and the overall service is very good.
