We hired the Paris hot tub for our son’s 10th birthday. We enjoyed the week’s hire enormously and the coloured lights made the whole experience extra fun for our son and his guests. Due to Covid restrictions we had 1 or 2 friends at a time throughout the week and the boys thoroughly enjoyed their sessions. As a family of four, we also enjoyed the tub in the evenings and really made the most of our hire. Delivery and set-up was excellent and I felt confident using the tub after an informative and thorough talk by the installer. This covered everything I needed to know about filters, water testing and chemicals. We had one minor issue during the week and this was resolved perfectly and very promptly. I highly recommend this company who gave us a really memorable week.
Great company. Very professional. Good communication with regards installation and pick up times. The hot tub was a fantastic treat for my daughter's 16th birthday party. The Paris model with the colour changing lights is great fun and looks awesome. Would highly recommend Hampshire Hot Tubs.
Absolutely excellent experience with Hampshire Hot Tubs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Booking process was straightforward and clear, communication was excellent, set up was on time and very well explained (with social distancing of course), instructions were fool-proof, and collection very simple. Impressed that we didn't have to do 'anything' - from filling to emptying, it was all taken care of. This was a fabulous surprise for my daughters' 10th birthday weekend - and very well used over the 3 days. Good quality hot tub, with deluxe addition of gazebo (again, good quality) and little extra's. Thank you Alex, Luke and the team for making this such a great experience!
It is mid-winter and particularly cold so the tub took 36 hours to be warm enough to get in, BUT once it did it was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. The whole family loved the experience and would definitely recommend Hampshire Hot Tub and Spa. Great customer service. A real treat for my son’s birthday - we were sad to see if go!
