Hired the rodeo bull for a small family birthday and would highly recommend this company. Really good, competitive price. Their communication was great, as we exchanged several emails back and forth to iron out the details. They always responded quickly and helpfully. The whole booking process was easy and hassle free. I was a little dubious that no payment or deposit was taken before hand, worrying that it was a secure and legit booking. However, it turns out it was, and they are very reliable and trustworthy. Spent 2 months trying to reach them to discuss booking and no contact. Last minute text from them "...if we don't hear from you by 6pm today your booking will be cancelled...." already tried cancelling due to the poor responses! Do not use them! Wouldn't know customer service or communication if it danced infront of their faces..
