After being let down by another company today because there might be strong winds. My husband rang up party mania to see if they had any availability. The women said she would call us back in 5 mins, which she did and saved our day. They had a bouncy castle available for before our party time. Otherwise I would have had 30 kids with no entertainment. Will never try a different company again stick with these guys from here on out. Thank you so much again. All the kids had a blast
Having been let down by another supplier (JJ's) with less than a week to my sons 4th birthday I called partymania. Andrea was a pleasure to deal with and managed to rearrange their diary to ensure we had a castle , I even ended up taking two! Tony and the delivery time turned up on time as promised and knew the venue so could help with layout was a blessing in disguise the other supplier cancelled on us. Will use partymania from now on and other parents at the party will too!
We hired a bouncy castle. Had a really fun day. They set up and packed away quickly and exactly at the times they said they would. Email communication to arrange beforehand was great, Andrea was helpful and responded quickly.
Fantastic service after being let down on the day by another company partymania saved the day bringing a exactly what we needed at the speed of lightning.. quick set up by a lovely friendly couple who explained everything and at a fantastic price!
