We were delighted with the service and quality of equipment and tableware which we hired from Allens - but most of all, we have to say a huge 'thank you' to the amazing Drifa for her fantastic help and support. Drifa led us through the whole process with her extensive professional knowledge, superbly prompt and efficient communication and outstanding administrative skills. She made a huge difference to our whole event, especially as we had to rely on her to help us even with equipping the 'field kitchen' due to our caterer's delays in communication. Drifa was unfailingly friendly, patient and efficient, whatever the query - and was always a step ahead, having usually double-checked the answers to questions that might arise from the original query before I had even posed the question! The tableware and equipment we hired were all of excellent quality and arrived in good condition, and were delivered and collected punctually. Thanks to Drifa, the admin process of paying the deposit, checking the invoices and receiving the returned deposit all worked smoothly. I was amazed at the huge range of tableware offered by Allens and would certainly use them again - especially if Drifa is there to help!
