I used The Playful Den for my daughter's first birthday this past month. This was a big party and the planning had started months in advance. I was very specific for the type of look I was going for based on the size requirements of the venue. Not only did Rebecca blow mine and my husband's (and the rest of our guests) expectations but was also such an absolute pleasure to work with. Since I did not live in the country we were doing the party, Rebecca also helped me with finding other vendors and was always willing to answer any questions. My party would not have been the party it was without the beautiful softplay and help with the other party vendors.
We had an excellent experience dealing with the playful den. They provided exactly what we required, were on time to set up (and clear up) a fantastic display for our daughters 1st party. We cannot thank them enough for a truly exceptional service. Would thoroughly recommend
