I received fantastic customer service when I hired a bouncy castle and soft play for the two parties I held for my daughter’s first birthday. The weather was awful for the first one which meant I couldn’t have the castle but I was told in advance and he went out of his way to make sure she could still have soft play there - even allowing us to wait until the day to check the final weather forecast! Luckily for the second one, the weather was more on our side. Great communication, super friendly customer service and all for a great price. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again 🎉
We used Bouncetastic for our son’s 1st bday party after finding on Facebook. Excellent communication from start to finish over Facebook messenger. The equipment arrived at the agreed time and was put up without any issues. The same for collection. The price was very reasonable and the owner who set everything up was super friendly and helpful!
