On the day of delivery, Paul arrived right on time with a smile one his face. His efficiency and attention to detail were evident as he expertly set up the hot tub, gazebo, and lights in our backyard. The transformation was great. Instructions to use hot tub were simple and Paul remained readily available to address any questions or concerns I had. I can really recommend So Relaxing Hot Tub Hire! I've just had a tub from them for the second time this year, for two family birthdays - the tub was really lovely, big enough for 5 or 6 adults, powerful bubbles, the lights made it pretty and the gazebo made it useable even in chilly or rainy weather. Paul's a lovely guy and both times he arrived at the specified time, set up quickly, explained what needed to be done with the pump, filters & chemicals etc (and followed up with emails containing links to YouTube videos showing the same), then afterwards came when specified & quickly dismantled and took it away. Both times the tub was clean and worked perfectly - I cannot find fault with anything and would definitely hire from this family-run business again.

Great service and great value for money. We had a small snag at the beginning but the staff were super responsive and came out immediately to fix the issue and ensure that I had the hot tub in use as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend and will be using again

My daughter loved having the hot tub for her birthday party and us adults also enjoyed having it for the weekend. Great communication from Paul with really clear instructions. Delivery and collection was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.
